Location: Chaska Dr. Jacquelyn L. Conley, MD, is a board certified family medicine physician at the Catalyst Chaska clinic. Her favorite aspect of family medicine is having the ability to practice full spectrum medicine and care for everyone, from infants to grandparents. Dr. Conley particularly enjoys the management of chronic diseases including diabetes, heart disease and thyroid disorders. She is passionate about healthy diet and exercise and enjoys working with patients on healthy living and weight loss. In her free time Dr. Conley enjoys golfing and running with her husband and spending time with her children.

Dr. Scott Jensen is the Founder of Catalyst Medical Clinic, and he also serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota Medical School. He is passionate about the importance of the patient-doctor relationship and sincerely believes that "the patient's agenda is the first priority." His special interest in skin cancer surgery developed during a Bush Fellowship and continues to grow.

After 35 years in the practice of family medicine, Dr. Willey continues to be energized by the relationships developed with his patients and in many instances their extended families. He enjoys coming to know the family from the newborns to the grandparents and aunts and uncles. The medical landscape and insurance regulations continue to increase in complexity and cost and in primary care Dr. Willey tries to help navigate the system to maximize the care for his patients. Many of his patients have been with him for 30 plus years and staff have been here as well; everyone becomes family.

Dr. Curt Whisler enjoys living and working in Watertown, MN. His areas of special interest include sports medicine, pediatrics, travel medicine and preventive health. Dr. Whisler is passionate about the value of balanced living and encourages wellness through exercise, nutrition, spirituality and prevention.

Mindy Ament is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Catalyst Medical Clinic. Mindy graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2004 and partners with patients and their families to promote health and wellness in all stages of life. She enjoys many aspects of health care including the complexity of chronic illness and strongly feels patients should be given every opportunity to be the champion of their own healthcare.

Kelly Okray is a Minnesota native that is returning after a few years in California. She has been a certified Physician Assistant since 2018 and has experience treating patients of all ages and multiple chronic medical conditions. She strives to work with you to achieve your personal wellness goals and has a passion for patient education and prevention through lifestyle changes.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, being active outdoors, and reading.

Ali is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Catalyst Medical Clinic. She has a passion for treating each patient as an individual, collaborating with them to create a care plan that strives to identify and meet their unique needs and goals. Ali believes in taking a multifactorial approach to medicine considering a patient’s physical, mental and emotional health.In her free time, Ali is in “family-mode,” and values time spent with her husband and three daughters. Ali loves to cook and try new recipes, walk outdoors, travel, and all things interior design.

Julie Heckathorne, APRN, PMHCNS-BC, is a board certified Adult Psychiatric-Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist. Julie enjoys building a relationship with her clients and empowers them to live a healthy life.

Colleen Schmith Fafinski, MS, LP works with children, adolescents, and adults. Her approach is both client centered and solution focused.

Cassandra (Cassy) Woodland, PT, DPT, CIDN is passionate about partnering with patients of all ages to promote good quality of life and excellent outcomes.
